The company was named Pooja Forge Pvt. Ltd. in 1987 and diversified into the commercial production of Cold Forged Precision High Tensile Fasteners, such as Screws, Bolts, and Nuts. In 1994, the company became Limited but with closedly held shares.

Today, Pooja Forge Limited is an eminent name in the industry. The company manufactures the widest range of precision low and high tensile fasteners of Carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steels for various industries including Automobile, Engineering, Electric, Electronic and Construction Industries etc.

For Pooja Forge, the nucleus of the business policy is customer satisfaction and this policy has definitely paid back as the company’s turnover has grown from US$ 0.8 million in 1988-89 to US$ 15 millions in 2003-04. Moreover annual business growth of the company with OEM’s has been more than 30%.
