Joining Pooja Forge in 1991, Mr. Manish Aggarwal found himself in a company still trying establish itself among the top manufacturers in the country. He quickly got to grips with the complexities of the industry and began making strides towards achieving his goals. Through his astute marketing and communication skills, he diversified the customer base of the company and firmly placed it on the global map as a reputed name in the fastener business with entry into the export market. Along with Mr. J.K. Aggarwal, he secured joint venture ties with Japanese giants Sato Rashi Fasteners to form Sato Pooja Fasteners Ltd. His vision has guided Pooja Forge into becoming one of the largest supplier of fasteners to OEMs in India. Today, he leads the company at the customer end while making sure it is solidly placed to fulfil market demands.
